
Isabel FERNANDEZ, BSN, RN
Isabel is a neonatal/pediatric nurse with experience in a level III NICU. Additionally, she has worked as a simulation nurse, instructing medical students in performing assessments and skills. Currently, Isabel is pursuing her DNP at Washington State University to become a nurse practitioner.

Riley L. Glad, BSN, RN, RNC-NIC, C-NPT
Riley is an experienced NICU nurse who has worked in both level III and IV neonatal units. She also has experience as a neonatal critical care trasnport RN. She recieved her ADN from Everett Community College, her BSN from Washington State University, and is currently working on her DNP with a neonatal NP focus at Creighton University.

REJAHN Gunter ROGERS, DNP, APRN, NNP-BC
Rejahn received her BSN, MSN, and DNP from University of Alabama at Birmingham. She has worked in the NICU for 22 years, 19 as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. She has worked for 22 years in a level IV surgical NICU/ ECMO and dialysis facility, as well as multiple level III delivery hospitals. Most recently, she has worked as a consultant for Advanced Practice Providers and in the capacity of locum tenens coverage in many states and NICUs nationwide.
