Digital Return Policy

Critical Care Compass does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital downloads (PDFs) or subscription fees (community forums). Digital downloads or community forum subscription purchases that have been made available to a customer will not be refunded. If you purchase a subscription for a community forum, you may cancel at any time. 

Physical Product Return Policy

Critical Care Compass does not currently accept returns or exchanges on physical products like books, reference badges, clothing, or accessories. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or missing, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Critical care compass has a 30-day policy only on damaged, defective item, or missing items, which means you have 30 days after the item is marked as delivered to contact us regarding damaged, defective, or missing items. 

You can email us at info@criticalcarecompass.com. In the email, please be sure to include:
• Order Number
• Item(s) that are defective, damaged, or missing
• Pictures of the damage

Items sent back to Critical Care Compass without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
