Shipping Method Options

USPS Ground Advantage® 
Your purchase will be processed and shipped in the order that it is received. A delivery date is not guaranteed, but USPS Ground Advantage ® transit time is usually 2-5 business days, bearing in mind any carrier delays. We offer this shipping for FREE with U.S. orders above $25 USD

USPS Priority Mail® 
Your purchase will be moved up in our queue to be processed sooner. Transit time varies, but USPS Priority Mail® transit time is usually 1-3 business days, depending on where you are located. A delivery date is not guaranteed. We offer this shipping option for $5 with U.S. orders.

USPS Priority Mail Express ® 

Your purchase will be moved to the top of our queue so we can process it right away. Priority Mail Express® service provides next-day to 2–day delivery. Once shipped, you should receive your purchase in 2 business days.

⚠️ If you would like for your order to be shipped on the same business day, you must place your order with an expedited shipping method before 2:00 p.m. (Pacific Time Zone). If an order is placed after 2:00 p.m. (Pacific Time Zone) with an expedited shipping method, the order will ship the next business day. 

Processing and Transit Times

We cannot guarantee USPS, UPS®, or other carrier shipping times. No refunds will be given for late shipments due to shipping delays.

If an order was placed with an invalid address, Critical Care Compass, LLC will reach out to the email that was used to place the order in an attempt to fix the issue. If the purchaser does not respond within 6 days, Critical Care Compass, LLC reserves the right to cancel the order.

Order Processing Time (how long it takes for us to process the order to be shipped) 
Approximately 1-4 business days. We process and ship orders on business days (Monday - Friday). Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to become active.

United States Transit Time
Approximately 1-7 business days, bearing in mind possible carrier delays.

International Transit Time
Approximately 3-7 business weeks, bearing in mind possible carrier delays.
Customs clearance can take 7 business days alone, and even longer during times of high volume.

Customs Duty & Taxes / VAT

Customs duty and taxes / VAT are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

International orders do not include customs fees or taxes. These charges may vary depending on your destination, as well as the weight and size of the package. If you have any questions regarding these fees, please contact the carrier directly.

Value-Added Tax (VAT) is a tax, which is payable on sales of goods or services within the territory of the Member States of the EU. When checking out, additional duties and taxes (such as those charged at customs) may apply and will be collected at the border.
